John L. Jackson, age 65, life resident of Pulaski, passed away Wednesday at St. Joseph's Hospital in Syracuse. John was born June 30, 1950 in Watertown, the son of Leon and Ruby Towles Jackson. He graduated from Pulaski High School in 1969. John married Lorelei Hutchinson on July 6, 1985. He was employed by Scapa Tape North America in Liverpool for the past 13 years, and had previously been employed by Schoeller Technical Papers for 16 years and Omega Wire Co.
Surviving are his wife, Lori Jackson; one son, Jon Jackson of Oswego; two stepsons, Christian (Katie) Hood of Fulton and Jason (Desere) Hood of Pulaski; his mother, Ruby Jackson of Watertown; two sisters, Pamela (Michael) Martin of North Carolina and Mary Jo Jackson of Watertown; and six grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, September 5, at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street, Pulaski with burial in South Richland Cemetery, Fernwood. Calling hours will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
