- Roxanne J. Haywood Obituary
Roxanne J. Haywood, age 72, life resident of Altmar, passed away Monday at her daughter, Trina’s home. Roxanne was born May 5, 1953, in Williamstown, the daughter of Ward and Marion Britton Stevens. She attended APW Schools. Roxanne was married to her husband of 54-years, Floyd Haywood on September 11, 1971, and he passed away December 6, 2018. She was employed as a cook at the Log Cabin restaurant in Pulaski for many years. She had also worked at Eddie’s Place in Pulaski. Roxanne cherished her family above all else, and she lovingly helped raise three of her grandchildren. She enjoyed playing card games and dice.
Roxanne is survived by her children, Tina Raymo of Hannibal, Trina Coffey (Karl Britton) of Altmar, and Scott Haywood of Altmar, grandchildren, Timmy, Lloyd, Christopher, Tyler, Jacob, Samantha, Anthony, Floyd III, Angel, Kaitlyn, and Tiffany, great-grandchildren, Elias and Tyler Jr., Harley, Karson and one more on the way, siblings, Freda Trumble, Mary Rogers, Roxanne Haywood, Bruce Stevens, Carol Ingersoll, and William Stevens. Roxanne was predeceased by her son, Floyd Haywood Jr. in 2021, and her sister Ethel Hilton and brother, Deral Stevens both in 2025.
Funeral services will be held at, noon, Friday, October 3rd at Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street, Pulaski. Calling hours will be held from 10am to noon, prior to the funeral.
