      James E Sprague, Sr., 86, of Pulaski passed away March 9, 2022 at Samaritan Keep Nursing Home.

      Jim was born February 19, 1936 in Ontario, NY. He owned and operated the only salvage yard in Richland since 1959 known as Sprague’s Auto Parts. He married his loving wife Margaret in 1957 in Richland.

      He leaves behind 5 children, James (Mary) Sprague, Jr of Parish, Margaret (Tommy) Bouchard of Pulaski, Cindy Morgan of Stuart, FL, Belinda (Dave) McWilliams of Orwell and Joseph Sprague of Pulaski, 2 sisters Marion Salisbury of Lacona, Barbara Baum of Oswego and a brother Robert Lyons of Pulaski. He had 17 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren, 11 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

      Calling Hours will be Monday March 14th from 4-6pm at Summerville Funeral Home, Sandy Creek. The Funeral Service will be Tuesday 11 am at the funeral home. Burial will be in the spring at South Richland Cemetery.
