      Newspaper Obituary - Tuesday, September 3, 1985 Palladium Times - Oswego, New York - Pulaski - Elizabeth J. Atkinson, 62, of Atkinson Road, died Friday afternoon in Community General Hospital, Syracuse, where she had been a patient since August 19. Born December 15, 1922 in Syracuse, she was the daughter of Frederick and Edna Archambo Baldwin. She graduated from Jamesville High School. She married Kenneth D. Atkinson on February 14, 1943. They owned and operated a farm on Atkinson Road. Mrs. Atkinson was at one time employed by the First Trust Bank in Syracuse. She was a self-employed tax practitioner and bookkeeper. She was a former secretary of the Daysville Cemetery Association and a former trustee of the Bethel Community Center. Surviving are a son, William J. of North Syracuse; four daughters, Mrs. John (Jacquelyn) Burkhard, Mrs. Edward (Linda) Kelly, Mrs. William (Janette) Smith and Mrs. James (Sandra) Smith, all of Pulaski; 10 grandchildren; one brother, Elmer Baldwin of LaFayette; two sisters, Mrs. Frances Winkler of Pulaski and Mrs. Eleanor Taylor of Buffalo; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. today at Foster-Hax Funeral Home, Pulaski, with the Rev. Richard A. Clay, pastor of St. James Episcopal Church, officiating. Burial will be in Daysville Cemetery.
