    • Obituary of Floyd Haywood

      Floyd C. Haywood, age 68, life resident of Altmar, passed away Thursday at his home. Floyd was born April 6, 1950 in Gouverneur, the son of Earl and Marion Jerome Haywood. He attended APW Schools. Floyd was married to Roxanne Stevens on September 11, 1971. He was employed by TICO Manufacturing in Williamstown for many years. He also worked for Ribstone Silo and Stevaks Waste Management in Syracuse.

      Surviving are his wife, Roxanne, two daughters, Tina Raymo of Pulaski and Trina Coffey of Altmar, two sons, Floyd Haywood, Jr. of Canastota and Scott Haywood of Altmar, brothers, Eugene Haywood of Altmar, Kevin Haywood of Central Square, Terry Haywood of Richland, and Darryl Haywood of Norwood, two sisters, Zona Oakes of South Carolina and Sharon Horning of Parish and 11 grandchildren.

      Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, December 8th at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home 52, Park Street, Pulaski with burial at the convenience of the family. Calling hours will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. prior to the funeral.
