      Blanche Russell Krichbaum, 79, of 716 Tully St., died Sunday at a local nursing home.

      A native of Potsdam, Mrs. Krichbaum lived in Syracuse since 1925.

      She was a communicant of St. Lucy's Church.

      Surviving are her daughter, Mary Halstead of Jordan; three sons, William of Manlius, and James and Edward, both of Syracuse; her sister Velma Jobot of Lompoc, Calif.; 22 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

      Services will be 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at Fairchild and Meech Syracuse Chapel and 9 a.m. in St. Lucy's Church. Burial will be in St. Agnes Cemetery.

      Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home, 500 W. Onondaga St.
