    • Newspaper Obituary - November 5, 1981 Syracuse Post Standard - Syracuse, New York - Deaths and Funerals - Mrs. Marian Sperling - PARISH - Mrs. Marian Hughes Sperling, 70, of Route 69, Parish RD 1, died Tuesday evening at her home after a long illness. She was born in Whitesboro and lived in Parish for several years. Surviving are her husband, Wesley Sperling; three daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Horst of Fenton, Mich., Mrs. Kathleen Rasbeck of Oswego and Mrs. Carol Zarzecki of Parish; two sons, Dr. David Sperling of Mexico City and Charles Sperling of Pulaski; two brothers, Edward Hughes of Scotia and Robert Hughes of Crystal Lake, HI.; and 10 grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Harter-Olmstead Funeral Home, Parish. Burial will be in Pleasant Lawn Cemetery. Calling hors will be 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
