    • Newspaper Obituary - April 8, 1948 Mexico Independent - Mrs. E. Hoffman, Born in Parish, Dies of Illness - Mrs, Emma Henderson Hoffman, widow of Edward Hoffman of Dugway, died Friday morning in University Hospital, Syracuse, after a brief illness. Mrs. Hoffman was born in Parish August 12,1888, a daughter of the late Frank and Anna Leno Henderson. She was a member of the Methodist Church and Parish grange. Surviving is a daughter, Mrs. Winifred Carman of Nyack; a brother, Fred Henderson of Ontario; a sister, Mrs. Marion Shipley, burial in Dugway Cemetery.
