Services for Lesly Hooper Russell, formerly of 101 Milton Ave., who died Thursday at Loretto Geriatric Center after a long illness, will be Monday at 10:30 a.m. at the Loretto Geriatric Center Chapel, where a mass of Christian burial will be celebrated by Monsignor James A. MeCloskey.
Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, DeWitL
• Calling hours are 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at the Callahan Hanley Mooney Funeral Home, and at 9:30 to 10:30a.m. Monday in the Loretto Geriatric Center Chapel.
Mrs. Russell was a native of Solvay and had resided in Syracuse most of her life.
She was the widow of Morgan L. Russell.
Mrs. Russell was a former communicant of St. Patrick’s Church and was a past member of its Altar and Rosary Society. .
Surviving are a son, John S. of Springfield, Va.; a daughter, Janet Powers of Buffalo; five grandchildren, and four greatgrandchildren.
