Tobey Z. Hart July 1, 2020 Tobey Z. Hart, 48, Syracuse passed away July 1, 2020. Born in Auburn on February 7, 1972, he was the son of Orie Hart and Kathleen Quackenbush. Tobey had a love for Harley Davison and dogs. He is predeceased by his grandparents, William Sr. and Marion Hart and Virginia and Earl Mason; and his beloved dog, Sierra. Surviving are his parents, Orie Hart and Kathleen (Rodney) Quackenbush; siblings, Darbie Kloster; nephews and niece, Arron Wing, Jordan and Jaylyn Kloster; great-niece, Sophie Wing; good friend, Brent Wing; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Calling hours will be from 11am to 1pm at the Eaton-Tubbs Fayetteville Chapel, 7191 E. Genesee St., Fayetteville. A Memorial Service will follow at 1pm at the funeral home.
