Waiva Skinner Jamerson Peterson, 96, Lakewood, Colo., formerly of Watertown, died July 10 in Lakewood.
Mrs. Peterson had worked at F.A. Empsall and F.W. Woolworth department stores in Watertown.
Born March 30, 1906, in Watertown, daughter of Ebenezer and Elsie Harris Skinner, she graduated from Watertown High School and the Watertown School of Commerce.
Her first husband, Otis Jamerson, died before her. She married Charles A. Peterson on Feb. 8, 1945, at the Free Methodist Church, Englewood, Colo.
Surviving besides her husband are a son, Stanley, address unavailable, and nieces and nephews.
The funeral was July 15 at Olinger Wadsworth Chapel, Denver, Colo. Burial was in Crown Hill Cemetery, Denver.
