    • Wealthy was either an aunt or a cousin of Emma and Clarissa Brooks, daughters of Aaron
      Brooks (1784-1845) and Margaret Hubbs (1789-1852) who lived near the comer of MacElroy
      Road and 146A, neighbors of the Kennedys and the Hubbses. Margaret was the daughter of
      Joseph and Sybil Hubbs. Emma Brooks was born in 1811 and died at age 20 in 1831. Her sis-
      ter Clarissa married Isaac Schauber in 1834, and became sister-in-law to her former classmate Esther Schauber. Clarissa and Isaac’s son, also Isaac, later taught school at the schoolhouse on Ashdown Road.
