Notes - Charlotte R. Row, age 88, life resident of Pulaski and Fernwood passed away Monday at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Syracuse. Charlotte was born February 14, 1928 in Richland. She graduated from Pulaski Central School in 1946. She was employed by Blount Lumber for several years and by GE in Syracuse. Charlotte was a former member and organist of the Fernwood Methodist Church and the North Country Music Society. Surviving are two daughters, Shirley (Robert) North of Pulaski and Brenda (Charles) DeGone of Mexico, four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, September 24th at the Fernwood Methodist Church, 255 County Route 41A, Pulaski, NY 13142, with burial in Primitive Cemetery in Mexico. Arrangements by Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street, Pulaski.
