  CHLORYS SWEENEY, PULASKI, DIES AT AGE OF 80 Watertown Daily Times (NY) - April 29, 1991Browse Issues Chlorys E. Sweeney, 80, Daysville Road, died Saturday night at St. Luke Nursing Home, Oswego. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, with the Rev. Elizabeth Mowry, pastor of Park United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Pulaski Cemetery. Calling hours are 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home. Contributions may be made to Park United Methodist Church. Surviving are a son, Gary Lee, Sandy Creek; three granddaughters, a great-granddaughter; two brothers, Rex Rossman, Pulaski, and Harold Rossman, Auburn, and a sister, Irma Derby, Auburn. Born in Pulaski on Nov. 27, 1910, a daughter of Charles and Flora Phelps Rossman, she was a 1928 graduate of Pulaski High School. She married William G. Sweeney on Nov. 27, 1929. He died Jan. 9, 1981. Mrs. Sweeney was a member of the Ladies Home Bureau.
