Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday Morning, March 31, 1909 Post-Standard - Syracuse, New York - Finds His Wife Dead In Bed - Farmer Near Pulaski Makes Gruesome Discovery - End Was Not Expected - Mrs. William Dennee Suddenly Passes Away at Her Home of Heart Trouble -Leaves a Daughter in Syracuse - Pulaski, March 30 - Mrs. William Dennee was found dead in her bed early yesterday morning. She was about 69 years old and lived on a farm about four miles from Pulaski. She arose shortly before 5 o'clock, but retired to her mom soon after. Mr. Dennee after starting the fire in the kitchen range went to the room of his wife and found her dead in bed. Coroner Leroy F. Hollis of Lacona was called but deemed an inquest not necessary, declaring that death resulted from organic heart disease. Besides her husband, she leaves three sons, Barney Dennee of Pulaski, Frank Dennee and Curtis Dennee of Altmar and four daughters, Mrs. Mary Lewis of Syracuse, Mrs. Curtis Evans of Fulton, Mrs. Samuel Jareo of Watertown, and Miss Eliza Dennee. The funeral will be held from the home at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon.
