      Leollia M. "Lee" Quackenbush Hellinger, 78, Pulaski and Mexico, died Friday at Loretto Nursing Home, Syracuse.

      Born May 12, 1929, in Champion, daughter of Bernard and Anna Marie Menard Quackenbush, she graduated from Pulaski Academy and Central School.

      She married Raymond A. Hellinger on Nov. 26, 1949. The marriage ended in divorce. Mr. Hellinger died Dec. 9, 2002.

      Surviving are two sons and their wives, David and Judy, Pulaski, and Arthur and Kathy, Mattydale; a daughter, Patricia Hellinger, Clay; a sister, Cecelia Collins, Pulaski, 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

      A son, Charles Hellinger, died in 2000.

      The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home.

      Calling hours will be 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
