Newspaper Obituary - Monday, October 10, 1983 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Lena M. Austin, 93, of 944 Main Street, Mannsville, died Wednesday, October 5, 1983 in the Samaritan Keep Nursing Home, Watertown, after a long illness. Born in Pulaski, she attended high school in Pulaski. She was the widow of Roy D. Austin. Mrs. Austin was employed by the Pulaski Wine and Liquor Store, Pulaski, for 22 years. She was a member of the Park United Methodist Church, Pulaski. Surviving are several cousins. She was preceded in death by a son, Robert Moody Austin, who died in 1956. Services were Friday at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 7385 Park Street, Pulaski with the Rev. Richard Pero officiating. Burial was in Pulaski Cemetery.
