Notes - Lucy E. Pearson, 87, of Sandy Pond, died Saturday at Oswego Hospital. Born July 6, 1921, in Auburn, she lived in Rochester until 1964 and attended Spencerport schools. Lucy married Mark O. Pearson on November 20, 1940; he died March 15, 1990. She helped her husband run Pearson's Instrument Co. in Rochester for many years. Surviving: one daughter, Laura (Donald) Edick of Sandy Pond; three sons, Mark R. and Stuart T., both of Rochester, and Scott E. (Irina) of Ponte Vedra Beach, FL; one brother, Longin Foltman of Tampa, FL; seven grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street, Pulaski, with burial in Pulaski Cemetery. Calling hours will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, prior to the funeral service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to United Friends of Homeless Animals, Jefferson St., Pulaski, NY 13142.
