Genevieve M. Limerick Doud, 90, of Syracuse, died Saturday. She was born in Waverly. She graduated from Mansfield State Teachers College and received her master's degree from Syracuse University. She retired in 1977 as a teacher with the Syracuse City School District after 20 years. She was a communicant of St. James Church and a member of its Altar and Rosary Society. She was a member of the New York State Retired Teachers Association and the Franklin School Retired Teachers Association. Her husband, Lucien, died in 1956. A daughter, Mary Lou Owens, died in 1991.
Survivors: Two daughters, Nancy M. Schullery of Kalamazoo, Mich., and Jean D. McLellan of Glens Falls; three sons, Bruce E. of Schenectady, James W. of Naples, Fla., and John R. of Goldsboro, N.C.; a brother, Robert Limerick Sr. of Las Vegas, Nev.; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren. Services: 10:15 a.m. Tuesday at Ballweg & Lunsford Funeral Home and 11 a.m. in St. James Church. Burial, St. Mary's Mausoleum, DeWitt. Calling hours, 2 to 4 p.m. today at the funeral home, 4612 S.
