  Mrs. Anna M. Quackenbush, 73, North Fernwood road, died this morning at Spencer nursing home in New Haven, after a long illness. The funeral will be Thursday at 9 a.m., at the Taylor-Vida funeral home followed by services at 9:30 a.m., in St. John the Evangelist church, Rev. Thomas Whalen officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn cemetery, Sandy Creek. The rosary will be recited Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. Friends may call Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. She is survived by five sons, Goldie, Wanchula, Fla.; Bernard, St. Clair, Mich.; Wesley, Charles and Henry all of Pulaski; three daughters, Mrs. Donald (Ruby) Pasko, Albany; Mrs. Raymond (Leollia) Hellinger, Mexico and Mrs. Ceilla Collins, Pulaski; a brother, Henry Menard, Michigan; a sister, Mrs Rose Youngs, Michigan; two half - sisters, Mrs. Celia Schultz and Mrs. Irene Miller, both of Michigan; 34 grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Mrs. Quackenbush was born April 16, 1895, in Escanaba, Mich. She spent her early life in Michigan. In June 1918, she married Bernard Quackenbush in Watertown. He died in 1952.
