Newspaper Obituary - Friday, October 29, 1999 Watertown Daily Times - Watertown, New York - Mrs. Claire E. Clemens, School Retiree - Claire E. Clemens, 77, formerly of Lansdale, Pennsylvania, died at 6:20 p.m. Wednesday at Genesis Health Care, where she had resided since January 8, 1993. Mrs. Clemens was employed by the North Penn School District, Lansdale, for 20 years, retiring in 1991. A sister, Mary Ann Meiners, died before her. Born April 13, 1922, in Chester, Pennsylvania, daughter of James and Katherine Wright Moulder, she was a graduate of Chester High School. She married Earl B. Clemens of Pulaski on October 16, 1946, in New York City. Mr. Clemens died May 6, 1988. Surviving are two sons, E. Michael, Lake Wales, Florida, and Gary G., Lansdale, and five grandchildren. There will be no funeral or calling hours. Arrangements are with Cummings Funeral Home.
