- Mary Ann Nunn McKinney - April 19, 1831 - April 19, 1907. Born in England. Daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Nunn. Wife of Dwight McKinney.
Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, April 24, 1907 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Mrs. Dwight McKinney - Mrs. Dwight McKinney, widow of the late Deacon McKinney, of blessed memory, “fell asleep in Jesus,” at half-past eleven, Friday evening, April 19, at the advanced age of 76 years. The immediate cause of her death was paralysis from the effects of which she was afflicted for some time. The departed was born in England, April 19, 1831, being the daughter of Robert Nunn, who emigrated to America, while she was a child. April 3, 1852, she was united in marriage at Redfield to Dwight McKinney, who departed his life four years ago. Six children blessed their union of whom three survive, Burton, Frank and Mrs. Arthur Potter, all residing in Orwell. Also one sister, Mrs. Robert Cooper, of New York Mills. Her funeral was held at her daughter's home, where she had been lovingly and tenderly cared for, April 22. Her pastor, Rev. T. T. Davies, assisted by Rev. M. Dowd officiating. Interment in the family lot in Evergreen cemetery, Orwell. The departed was highly respected and greatly loved by a large circle of friends. Her home was always open for the ministers of Christ and that was heard delight to wait upon those who served her Savior. Her life was full of fragrance and benediction.
