      Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, January 23, 1964 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Rites Today for Mrs. B. Olin - Mrs. Nellie Olin, 82, of 505 Spring Street, Watertown, widow of Benjamin S. Olin, died Monday at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Watertown where she had been a patient since _sday. She had been in ill health for some time. Funeral services will be held Thursday (today) at 12:30 at the Cummings Funeral Home at Watertown with services at the Free Methodist Church on _ing Street at 1 p.m., the Rev. _ L. Burton officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery at Orwell. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Carolyn Wagoner at home, Mrs. Esther Roser of Redfield and Mrs. Albert (Juanita) Pretory of Altmar; four sons, Richard Charles Olin of _, William E. and Lloyd Olin of Watertown and Kenneth W. Olin of Evans Mills; 16 grandchildren; two sisters, _ S. Rosby [sic] and Ethel M. _ of Watertown and a brother, George C. Pinner of Watertown. Mrs. Olin was born in England on October 19, 1881, the daughter of Richard Charles and Caroline Burton Pinner. She came to this country with her parents at the age of 4 years and settled near Harris_. She was married to Mr. Olin in 1898 and spent most of their life in Oswego County in the Pine Meadows area in the town of Orwell moving there in 1905 and going to Watertown in 1945. They noted their 50th wedding anniversary in 1948. Mr. Olin died in December 1950. She was a member of the Free Methodist Church in Watertown where she was very active and also at Pine Meadows Wesleyan Methodist Church when she lived there.
