Notes - NEWSPAPER OBITUARY - Monday, February 9, 1976 Oswego Palladium - Oswego, New York - Mexico - John A. Zaun, 73, of North Street, died Saturday at Oswego Hospital. He had served 17 years in the Army, including duty during World War II. He was a resident of Mexico for 33 years. Surviving are his wife, Ethel Jordal Zaun of Mexico, a sister, Mrs. Rose Sopper of Chicago, Illinois, a niece, Mrs. Sally Quade of Brown Deer, Wisconsin. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Harter Olmstead Funeral Home. Spring burial will be in New Haven Cemetery. Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
