BROOKER LEAVES WIDOW LIFE USE OF $7,000 ESTATE
Daughter Will Then Inherit Property of First Mayor of Fulton City
Probate proceedings on the estate of George W. BROOKER, late of Fulton, who died Oct 5 in Oswego Hosptial, were held Monday before Surrogate George M. Penney in Surrogate's Court. Testator, first mayor of the city of Fulton, former superintendent and later agent of the American Woolen Company's mills at Fulton, had been residing for the past year with his daughter, Mrs. May B. MURDOCK, at 125 West Third Street, Oswego. His estate was valued at $7,000 personal, life use of which is given to his widow, Ella W. BROOKER, with property to pass upon her death to his daughter, Mrs. MURDOCK. The widow and daughter are executors of his will. John L. MOURNIGHAN is attorney.
