Della, daughter of Elijah and Helen MOUNT, was born near Greenville, MI26 Aug 1867. Died at the home of her daughter 18 June 1935, age 67 years, 9 months, and 23 days.
She came to this community with her parents when four years old. Was joined in marriage with Marshall OBERLIN 6 Mar 1887. To them was born one daughter.
She has lived in this neighborhood all her life and was connected with many of the social and spiritual activities in the community, was converted and joined the WM church in 1893 and lived a consistent, helpful life.
Her husband preceded her to a better land nine years ago. She leaves to mourn their loss one daughter and husband, Mr. and Mrs. Fred WOODRUFF, who lovingly cared for her in her last years; one grandson, Donald WOODRUFF; a niece whom she took into her home when but a small child and cared for until she married, Mrs. Roy CHAMBERLIN of Big Rapids; one sister, Mrs. William OBERLIN of Belding; one brother, Elijah MOUNT; many neices, nephews, other relatives and friends.
